Looking for not only a affordable tool but one that does pretty much everything you need when it comes to managing your social media? After a ton of researching I came across a tool called CoSchedule. They offer a 30 free day trial and guess what, no credit card is required to do so! I’m about 18 days into my trial and I already know that I will continue my subscription. It has been extremely helpful for me so far and I’d thought I’d share my thoughts on it with you in hopes that you may find it to a be lifesaver also.

The #1 thing I like most about CoSchedule is that I can manage my Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog and email campaigns from MailChimp in this tool. By the way you can manage more social platforms than these, these are just what I currently use to promote my business.  I like the easy to use interface and the calendar view which makes it simple to plan out your campaigns days, weeks even months at a time.

 

I’ve always struggled with what is the best date and time to post to the different social platforms. Well, CoSchedule has a best time scheduling feature that recommends the perfect time to post to help get maximum exposure. This takes all of the guesswork out of it and sets it for you! I can schedule in bulk and even create predefined templates that I can use over and over to cut down time on having to manually creating the same content.

Everything is nicely managed within their site, no need to go back and forth opening tabs and apps. They even have a app you can download to your phone so that your marketing calendar is always with you and you post on the go. ReQueue is another unique feature that allows you to add messages that will automatically be sent at the optimal time and fills in gaps in your social schedule so you don’t have to think about it. It makes sense, why only share great content once?

If you are lucky enough to have a team or someone that assists you with your social media you can invite them to have access. You can also assign tasks to them as needed and monitor their progress.  This is great because it gets rid of the back and forth email threads. Like reports and want to keep track of how well your campaigns are doing? They have Analytic report for each social platform to help you make data driven decisions and see where you may need to make tweaks.

 

I use MailChimp for my email campaigns and I love the fact that I can manage those in CoSchedule also. It even grades my subject line to let me know whether or not I need to make some tweaks to increase more open and click rate! They also integrate with other tools such as Constant Contact and ActiveCampaign.
